Wordless Wednesday: A Stroll Through Paris

It's such a gloomy, rainy day so far...the kind that feels like 7 PM all day long and the steady drizzle just never really lets up. I thought I would take a stroll through Giverny, where Monet lived and painted his famous water lilies. Care to go?

  5. That is just so stinkin' cool and I'm so jealous, lol! Whether we go to Belgium or Germany from here, exploring France more is DEFINITELY a "must"!!

  6. OMG!!!!!!! You have NO idea... I mean. You never could have known this, but Giverny is somewhere I have ALWAYS dreamed of going. It just looks so beautiful. And I'm also slightly obsessed with Monet (and did you know his great-great-great grandchildren still tend to the property). Awwww... It's a wet and gloomy day in NYC so this post really hits the spot.

I found out that the NYC Botanical Garden is going to do a Monet tribute this year and will recreate his gardens/Japanese lillies/waterbridge, etc. I CANNOT WAIT!
